* Rehearsal coverage can be covered if it is within 25 miles of Medford and in not considered part of the total allotted time. Extra Coverage time is $100 dollars extra per hour.
Please Ask about custom packages that would better fit your wedding expectations. I appreciate at least one half hour with the Bride & Groom for couple shots. Please make time for formals after the ceremony & leave plenty of room for travel time. I am there to capture your day however it unfolds , however cramped schedules can create rushed shots and add to the stress of the day. Let me know how I can make your wedding day run smoothly. My wife is a wonderful assistant and has an array of talents which often are put to great use during your day.

*Post Wedding Instructions:
After the wedding it usually takes a week to get all the unedited proofs up on the Instaproofs site. You will be given a password for your event. Your job, as the client, is to let me know which photos are your favorites! Depending on which package you choose, I will custom edit a set number of photographs. They will also then be posted on the site in their own folder. These photos and others will appear in your custom made book. Many of these photos may appear on my blog. If this is an issue please let me know.

*Ordering:
Each package comes with a book or a mounted print- however each package has different cover types and mount specifications i.e.: Soft, Dust-Cover, & Hardcover Image-Wrap; see packages for details. Each of these has a value which will be credited to your account. (Book and Mount of Equal Value for each package) Use your credit to place your Book order and any other products or prints. * Some packages include a second print credit when booked with an engagement package or when you create a custom package: See me for details. Order Codes will be given and discounted at time of the checkout. Ordering must be done with either a Credit Card or Debit Card. If this is an issue please let me know. Shipping can take up to 10 days after I place the order. Please be patient and please let me know if there are any time sensitive orders! Online Ordering is available for 9 months on all packages.

*DVD:
A DVD with all prints will be released to you once all orders have been placed and all edits have been finished. It will usually ship around the same time as your book (6-8 weeks average) Time of completion is also subject to both the number of weddings I have and how long it takes for you the client to pick your favorites. I will bring a print release to your wedding or send it in the mail. This allows you to post and make up to 5x7 inch prints with my permission. Please check my prices on various sizes before you order! If you order in high quantity discounts can be arranged – just ask. Wedding Thanks You cards are also available.

*Posting:
The print release is for you the client to make orders, if you post your weddings photos on networking sites like Facebook or Myspace. I ask that you post a copyright warning as these photographs are subject to copyright laws. Also, I ask you to please give me, James Stokes, your photographer, Photo Credit with a link to my website www.JamesStokesPhotography.com I am only able to keep my prices reasonable because of you; my loyal clients which help spread the word about my passion and my work. Lastly, post with discretion- the edits that I personally touch up are the ones I recommend. Not all the photos that appear on your DVD are going to be of the quality that I want to represent my finest work. I don’t delete your photos – sometimes the greatest moments captured come right out of the camera.

*Deposit
As of March 1, 2010
A $250 non-refundable retainer fee is required when booking. This amount is deducted from your package. This assures the reservation of your wedding day and is non-refundable. Fifty Percent of total wedding package is due three months prior to wedding date and is fifty percent refundable if canceled eight weeks before date. Full payment of wedding package is due 2 weeks before the scheduled wedding date. If circumstances arise where I will be unable to fulfill my contract, you will be refunded the total amount of the package.

**Digital negatives from all sessions (including the wedding) are delivered to client upon receiving wedding album. Standard delivery time is 2-3 months after wedding. (An order must be placed in order to receive Digital Negatives and Custom Album) These are both included in package price.
